Before 60.8 Kg After 54.8 Kg
I had joined 3 months diet plan to reduce my body weight. Starting is 61kg, 3 months later, my weight became 55kg. Before I had constipation, when I went to toilet, it was a very difficult matter because I stayed in the toilet about 30 mins, sometimes would be longer. This situation lasted for a long time and no any improvement.
Since I took the 3 months diet plan, constipation have been changed to have a good improvement. After taking Herbalife products, I only finished in a few minutes and comfortable in the toilet. Sometimes I go to toilet twice a day.
